Prairie Conlon is a distinguished licensed mental health professional and Clinical Director of CertaPet, recognized internationally as a leading expert on Emotional Support Animals and animal-assisted therapy interventions. She is licensed to practice in North Carolina, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin, bringing her expertise to clients across multiple states.

Prairie Conlon holds a Master's Degree in professional counseling and a Postgraduate Degree in Military Behavioral Health Counseling. She is certified as an Equine Assisted Psychotherapist and as an Accelerated Resolution Therapist, where she also serves as a trainer for future trauma therapists in this evidence-based modality.

As the founder, developer, and lead researcher of Emotional Support Animal Assisted Therapy (ESAAT), Prairie Conlon has pioneered a comprehensive set of therapeutic techniques designed to decrease anxiety, panic attacks, depressive symptoms, and sleep difficulties through the strategic use of Emotional Support Animals. Her groundbreaking work has been featured on Lifetime TV's "Military Makeover" (Season 17) and in The Guardian documentary "Creature Comforts."

Prairie's commitment to veterans and first responders is demonstrated through her consulting work with prominent nonprofits, including The Lone Survivor Foundation and Horses that Heal. She also serves as a consultant for CertaPet, one of the nation's largest tele-health companies, where she continues to advocate for accessible mental health care through animal-assisted interventions.

A passionate educator and advocate, Prairie Conlon hosts "The Animal Effect" podcast on Mental Health News Radio Network, where she shares cutting-edge information about animal-assisted therapy with listeners worldwide. She has also authored guided journals, e-books, and comprehensive courses to help both professionals and individuals harness the healing power of the human-animal bond.
